Job Description

Job Summary:

Pinnacle Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Program Director to lead our Community Residential Services sites in the Metro and surrounding area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight, training, and supervision to assigned community-based residential programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assure the execution of admissions and program planning processes
  • Manage and deliver all contracted services and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal rules and regulations
  • Function as the main point of contact for external team members
  • Contribute to the development and administration of all policy, procedure, and record-keeping systems related to program development
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all employees within the program in coordination with the Human Resources Department
  • Coordinate scheduling for multiple residential sites and provide direct care services as needed
  • Serve as emergency contact for residential sites and support teams, including on-call weekend rotation
  • Manage and execute program budgets
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bookkeeping
  • Prioritize positive support strategies and person-centered approaches in all areas of service delivery


Requirements:

  • Valid Minnesota Driver's License with an acceptable record
  • Available to work flexible hours and locations, providing direct care services
  • Experience using Therap
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory-level experience in a program providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children
