Job Overview

The Construction Project Manager will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle.
  • Supervise subcontractors and daily construction activities.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any material or method-related issues.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment and culture on-site.

The Ideal Candidate

To qualify for the Construction Project Manager position, candidates must possess:
  • Experience in ground-up construction is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
  • 5+ years in the role of a construction project manager within the commercial sector.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in computer applications are necessary.
