Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee various construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring all phases are completed efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Utilize project management software to track project progress.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses.
  • Assist with the bidding process.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work.
  • Prepare reports detailing project status and issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Highway, Road, or Heavy Civil Construction.
  • Minimum of 12 years of construction experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
