Healthcare Call Center Representative

VillageCare is seeking a highly motivated Member Services Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for members and providers, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, answering questions, and assisting with service access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to member inquiries
- Assist members in accessing covered and non-covered services
- Enter data for authorizations under the direction of the Care Management Supervisor
- Arrange appointments with healthcare providers
- Help members select participating providers to improve care quality and outcomes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a related healthcare call center or service environment
- High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred
- Bilingual - Tagalog or Vietnamese required
