Job Summary:

As a Member Services Representative at MJHS, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality customer service to our members and providers. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to member and provider inquiries and requests concerning benefits, claims, and complaints within a call center environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to member and provider inquiries and requests concerning benefits, claims, and complaints.
• Receive calls from members and providers, and respond to their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Record all calls and detail, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Receive requests for adjustments on claim issues and disenrollment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months call center experience.
• Excellent skills in telephone communication and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work consistently in a fast-paced environment.
