Responsibilities:

As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for responding to member and provider inquiries and requests concerning benefits, claims, and complaints. You will also receive calls from members and providers, respond to customer complaints and grievances, and record all calls and details.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 6 months call center experience
  • Microsoft Word
  • Excellent skills in telephone communication and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work consistently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Minimum: USD $38,545.53/Yr.

Maximum: USD $48,181.92/Yr.
