Healthcare Call Center Representative

VillageCare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Member Services Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist members in accessing covered and non-covered services, including data entry for authorizations
- Arrange appointments with healthcare providers and assist members in selecting participating providers
- Provide education and support to members on healthcare options and benefits
- 3+ years of experience in a related healthcare call center or service environment
- High school diploma required; Associates degree strongly preferred
- Bilingual - Cantonese/Mandarin required
