Job Overview

VillageCare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Member Services Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist members in accessing covered and non-covered services, including data entry for authorizations
  • Arrange appointments with healthcare providers and assist members in selecting participating providers
  • Provide education and support to members on healthcare options and benefits
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a related healthcare call center or service environment
  • High school diploma required; Associates degree strongly preferred
  • Bilingual - Cantonese/Mandarin required
