Position Overview: The Clinical Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring that HealthBird's software solutions align with the latest Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) standards, as well as the evolving needs of healthcare providers. This individual will also be responsible for advancing our hospital/clinical services software, ensuring compliance with medical standards, and supporting user experience design through insights from real-world clinical workflows.

  • Compliance: Ensure all aspects of HealthBird's software comply with industry standards, such as HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT coding, and relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Medical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on how the software should function from the perspective of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare workers, ensuring that it integrates smoothly into patient care workflows.
  • Report & Wireframe Creation: Develop detailed reports and wireframes for the design and engineering teams that map out how medical professionals interact with the software and how patient flow should be handled.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure product functionality aligns with clinical needs and best practices for patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical field.
  • A licensed physician, registered nurse, or licensed medical practitioner.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
  • Deep understanding of EHR/EMR systems, medical coding, and billing processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex medical workflows into technical requirements and designs.
  • Must be based in Miami, FL, and available to work in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in software development or working with design and engineering teams.
  • Prior experience in healthcare technology or clinical software implementation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Benefits:
