We are seeking experienced financial professionals who are passionate about sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus entirely on sales without the need for cold calling, as you will be provided with qualified leads. Position Highlights:

You will benefit from a supportive team that delivers sales assistance, client relations, marketing, research, and additional resources. Reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager, you will receive comprehensive training and the necessary tools to achieve your goals. This role is primarily conducted through phone-based interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary representative of the firm to potential clients
  • Analyze clients' financial situations and propose tailored solutions
  • Inform prospective clients about the competitive market environment
  • Engage in continuous education regarding advanced sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management
  • Focus on phone-based sales, with no travel obligations

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services sector
  • Possession of FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 is preferred
  • A proven history of achieving sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade and educate potential clients

Compensation Structure:

  • This position operates on a commission-based pay structure, with earnings potential ranging from $100,000 upwards, including a percentage of the first year's management fees and ongoing revenue from new business
  • Performance-based compensation is uncapped, with average earnings typically reaching mid-six figures within a few years
