Financial Operations Manager

Creative Financial Staffing is collaborating with a reputable organization in search of a Financial Operations Manager to oversee the completion of financial statements and the audit cycle. This esteemed company is recognized for its excellence in providing high-quality products to its clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise account reconciliations and guarantee precise adjusting entries.
  • Facilitate the monthly closing process.
  • Administer sales tax reconciliations and submissions, including the establishment of new accounts as necessary.
  • Formulate and manage cash flow forecasts to aid in financial planning.
  • Support bank audits and provide assistance during year-end audit processes.

Additionally, you will:

  • Oversee all facets of accounts receivable, including collections, reconciliations, customer onboarding, third-party AR insurance reporting, invoice management, and payment applications.
  • Direct accounts payable operations, such as invoice and payment management, vendor onboarding, and 1099 reporting.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration, including employee onboarding, pay-period processing, and benefits oversight.

Qualifications for Success:

  • In-depth knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in accounting.
  • Experience with ERP software; familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains is advantageous.
