**Job Description**

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and managing a sales team in a designated region. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing sales programs, analyzing trends, and developing the team to achieve district performance objectives.

  • Manage sales activities and programs in the assigned region
  • Analyze trends within the region
  • Lead and motivate the sales team
  • Hire, educate, and retain high-performing Territory Managers
  • Engage with key accounts and build relationships in a professional manner
  • Responsible for meeting revenue quotas and controlling expenses
  • Communicate openly and share information with team members

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience with sales models like Challenger Sale or SPIN Selling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Experience with MS Office, MS Teams, and SalesForce

**Work Environment:**

  • Fast-paced field role
  • Extended hours may be required

**Physical Demands:**

  • Frequent computer use and phone handling
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted

**Travel:** Up to 75% domestic travel required
