About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Communications Manager to lead and implement communications, organizational change, and training strategies/plans for new or existing client accounts.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused with both corporate communication and change experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communications strategies and plans for all impacted collaborator groups across multiple client transition projects.
  • Lead and facilitate execution of all communications results identified in the communications plan, in collaboration with other key partners on client transition teams, using a multi-channel approach.
  • Develop standardized communication resources, templates, and playbooks that can be applied across projects.
  • Lead and/or participate in team initiatives specific to communications and organizational change.
  • Manage and coordinate a comprehensive training communication plan for all account team hires; work closely with workstream leaders to identify training needs and schedule.
  • Ability to write storytelling messaging and content for internal and client-facing presentations.
  • Assist with client-facing and internal presentations and meetings, including slide deck development.
  • Track progress and achievements across the timeframe and find opportunities to amplify key messages and success narratives to the wider Property Management business, and work with the Global Communications team to deliver them.
  • Responsible for measurement and reporting of communication activities and implementing any improvements.

  • Experience developing clear, strategic, and actionable communication plans aligned to client transition strategies and objectives.
  • Solid organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills that engage people across the business and enable strategy planning to move forward efficiently and effectively.
  • Service-oriented and responsive.
  • Collaborative partner.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, including strong editing capabilities and interest in achieving the highest quality outcomes possible.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and people-oriented.
  • Experienced communications professional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with email distribution tools.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design and document layout.
