  • Assist with HR and payroll functions as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in an administrative capacity supporting upper management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable with various office productivity tools and quick to learn new systems
  • Team-oriented with a flexible approach to challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience managing budgets and expenses
  • Background in developing internal processes
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant
