Job Title: VP of Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP of Sales to join our management team at Marie Leising & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the digital large format printing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and grow revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the digital large format printing industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in the printing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
