As a Construction Representative at Colliers Engineering & Design, you will be responsible for managing the construction schedule and ensuring timely completion of the construction phase. You will provide daily field presence and manage documents and field office tasks, including field reports, photos, drawings, minutes, and schedules.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- 5+ years of construction expertise, preferably in Higher Education.
- OSHA-10 certification required.
- Solid understanding of building construction, field construction, including codes & safety requirements.
- Solid understanding of sequencing and scheduling.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Very good organizational skills.
- Must be able to work well with co-workers, clients, and contractors.
- Requires strong technical experience such as envelope, MEP, and/or FF&E.
- Very good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet research.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
