POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our guests and oversee all facets of their stay. The responsibilities of the Hotel Front Desk Representative include welcoming guests, managing bookings, and providing comprehensive information regarding accommodations, pricing, and services. If you possess a strong customer service orientation and have experience in the hospitality sector, we would be interested in speaking with you. Ultimately, your role will contribute to ensuring our guests have a delightful and memorable experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Handle online and telephone reservations with precision.
  • Inform guests about payment options and validate their credit card information.
  • Register guests while collecting essential details (such as contact information and stay duration).
  • Greet guests upon arrival and allocate rooms accordingly.
  • Provide detailed information about our hotel, available accommodations, pricing, and amenities.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean, organized, and equipped to meet guest expectations.
  • Confirm group bookings and arrange tailored services for VIP guests and event participants.
  • Promote additional services and amenities when suitable.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
