  • Assign food preparation personnel to optimize resource use and ensure timely meal preparation.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food preparation and service.
  • Establish performance standards for staff and customer service excellence.
  • Organize staff schedules and assign specific duties to team members.
  • Review menus and analyze recipes to assess labor and overhead costs, determining appropriate pricing for menu items.

Staff Development:

  • Implement and direct training programs for staff, addressing personnel issues as they arise.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assess staffing requirements and recruit new team members through various channels.

Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor budgets and payroll records, ensuring all financial transactions are authorized and within budget.
  • Coordinate the use of facilities for events, negotiating details with members and guests.

Qualifications: A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, such as Server or Server Captain, within a high-end culinary environment is required.
