Description
As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, ensuring that inquiries are directed to the appropriate personnel, and taking detailed messages when necessary.
Your role will involve assessing whether customer inquiries can be resolved by the administrative team, striving to meet customer needs effectively.
Utilizing proper telephone etiquette and communication protocols is essential. You will also monitor our call management system, alerting management to any service delays or procedural issues.
In addition, you will assist our service sales team in reaching out to customers regarding their completed vehicle services.
Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks as assigned by the service manager, while staying informed about new products and updates.
Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor is crucial, as is adherence to all attendance policies.
It is important to report any situations that may compromise the safety or integrity of our dealership and its clientele.
EDUCATION / SKILLS EXPERIENCE
We seek candidates with excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines is required.
Participation in training programs is expected, and candidates should be detail-oriented and well-organized.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles is preferred.
