Planning Coordinator

System One is seeking a skilled Planning Coordinator to support a specialty manufacturing company in Monroe, NC. This is a 6-month contract position that requires local candidates to be preferred, as per diem is not offered.
Key Responsibilities:- Access and analyze information from various applications and data sources to support planners and production control.
- Review order supplements for changing plan orders and support inventory reviews.
- Create and issue Planner batches, enter Sales Orders, and cross-train with various product Planners.
- Support planning functions, Inter-Company Sales orders, and customer status report requests.
- Support batch dating process updates and ensure accurate data entry.
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and willingness to learn additional programs.
- Sufficient experience learning and navigating industry-specific internal applications.
- Sufficient knowledge of company, products, objectives, and operations.
- Oracle experience is a plus.
