Job Title: Program Supervisor I, Campus/Shift Coordinator Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the efforts of campus and shift coordinators
  • Ensure sufficient staff coverage and oversight at the state-supported living center
  • Develop work schedules and set priorities for coordinators
  • Lead, mentor, and assist staff in delivering care, treatment, and support
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with management on staff allocation and service provision
Essential Functions:
  • Maintain regular attendance and fulfill assigned shifts
  • Oversee daily operations and staff within the campus supervision department
  • Conduct performance assessments and manage staff development
  • Communicate and resolve issues promptly with leadership
  • Assist in implementing targeted improvements at the facility
  • Provide training and in-service education to facility personnel
  • Address critical incidents and unusual occurrences as necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Understanding of individual care methodologies and treatment programs
  • Familiarity with facility policies and scheduling techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
  • Aptitude for training staff and managing emergencies

Note: This position may involve operating a state-owned vehicle and performing physical tasks, including administering first aid, CPR, and employing restraint techniques.
