Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the activities of campus and shift coordinators
  • Ensure sufficient staff coverage and oversight at the facility
  • Develop and implement work schedules and priorities for coordinators
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff in delivering care and assistance
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with management on staff allocation and service provision
Essential Functions:
  • Maintain regular attendance and fulfill assigned shifts
  • Supervise daily operations and personnel in the campus supervision division
  • Conduct performance assessments and oversee staff training
  • Communicate and resolve issues promptly with leadership
  • Assist in implementing targeted improvements within the facility
  • Provide training and in-service education to facility personnel
  • Respond to critical incidents and unusual occurrences as necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Understanding of individual care methodologies and treatment programs
  • Familiarity with facility policies and scheduling techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capacity to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership capabilities
  • Aptitude for training staff and managing emergencies

Note: This position may involve operating a state-owned vehicle and could require physical tasks such as administering first aid, CPR, and employing restraint techniques.
