As a RN Case Manager Supervisor, you will engage in advanced nursing practices, overseeing the assessment, care, and integrated treatment of residents at the State Supported Living Center (SSLC).
Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of RN Case Managers, ensuring compliance with SSLC and HHSC policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
You will set strategic goals for RN case management services, providing clinical guidance and oversight of performance metrics.
Regular audits and chart reviews will be part of your duties to maintain high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular attendance and adherence to assigned shift schedules, including potential on-call duties.
- Develop and implement a staffing plan for nursing case management that meets regulatory standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster an environment that promotes job satisfaction and professional development.
- Oversee the quality of nursing case management services, ensuring timely and effective care for all individuals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and resolve any clinical issues.
- Mentor and train new RN Case Managers, ensuring they are equipped to provide quality care.
