  • This position requires strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate patient services and manage multiple priorities.
  • You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with individuals with substance use disorders and have a commitment to promoting recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient services, including scheduling appointments and registering new patients.
  • Verify insurance information and obtain authorizations/recertifications when needed for treatment.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on recovery topics and resources.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
  • Current State of Alaska Counselor Technician Certified (CT) or the CDC1 within 1 year of hire.
  • Ability to maintain CEUs.
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
