Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of machinists and ensure that all machining operations are performed to the highest standards.
  • Plan and coordinate machining operations to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve machining efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all machining equipment is in good working order.
  • Train and mentor new machinists to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in machining operations, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
