What will you be responsible for?
In this position, you will work closely with clients as a trusted advisor, translating Circana's analytical prowess—including forecasting, pricing strategies, promotional analysis, and other analytic methodologies—into actionable insights.
You will cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of clients' operations across various functions, along with a robust knowledge of new and emerging analytic solutions (both from Circana and the broader industry) that strategically position our clients for success.
Your business acumen and consultative sales skills will be pivotal in client interactions, converting insights into revenue and margin enhancements for Circana Analytics.

Analytical Expertise: Analyze data with enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail, identifying critical insights and presenting clients with coherent, actionable, and evidence-based recommendations tailored to their specific business needs.
Consultative Engagement: Recognize business challenges and opportunities by applying industry knowledge and understanding clients' operations, recommending suitable analytic solutions and approaches.
Influential Communication: Exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills, effective questioning techniques, active listening, and presentation abilities, while being adaptable in your messaging as situations evolve.
Client-Centric Focus: Deliver exceptional results with a relentless emphasis on value addition, assessing business requirements, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining a strategic partnership stance.
Strategic Growth Orientation: Concentrate on both immediate and long-term growth strategies to advance the business in the present while planning for future objectives through results-driven collaboration, industry expertise, and relationship development.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market Research, or a related business field is required; an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in addressing business challenges through analytics, utilizing data in a research or consultative context, or an equivalent Master's degree.
- Ability to engage consultatively with teams, showcasing strong analytical capabilities and translating data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, demonstrating business acumen and strategic thought.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in data mining and working with extensive data sets.
- Capability to extract and synthesize insights from diverse data sources.
- Operational discipline, including teamwork.
- Highly organized with demonstrated project management skills and the ability to balance competing client priorities.
- A practical understanding of analytics applications in econometric modeling.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
The compensation range for this role is reflective of the potential salary at the time of posting. Factors influencing an employee's position within this range include relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs. The salary range for this role is $64,000.00 to $92,000.00.
This position is also eligible for bonus/incentive compensation.
