Architectural Sales Account Executive

Opustone, a leading provider of natural stone, tile, and surface materials in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Architectural Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities, supporting daily showroom operations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with trade partners (architects, designers, etc.) to drive consistent sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients in the showroom, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Schedule appointments and visits to existing and potential customers to present products and services that meet their current and future needs.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge of merchandise and available sales promotional materials.
  • Meet with the General Manager or Branch Manager on a weekly basis to discuss sales strategies and expand markets and business base.
Requirements:
  • Two to four years of sales experience in an architectural and design environment, with prior experience working with the trade industry preferred.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's degree in business, architecture, interior design, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of stone and tile, as well as the ability to read architectural plans, is preferred.
  • Excellent client service skills, people skills, and the ability to build relationships are essential.
  • Effective communication skills, sales-driven, goal-oriented, and successful at prospecting for new accounts.
  • Detailed and excellent follow-through, proficient in using Microsoft Office.
