Job Title: Sales Associate

You are a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion. You possess a deep understanding of various sales practices, including cross-selling, prospecting, and direct sales. Your exceptional communication and listening skills enable you to direct, strategize, unify, and empower business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Empower businesses in their growth journey through a comprehensive range of services, including personalized one-on-one sessions with industry experts, small-group strategy sessions, online courses, exclusive events, and keynote speeches.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions from our range of services.
    • Guide businesses in the implementation and improvement of our services.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • New Business Development:
    • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, conducting outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
    • Present the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets, collaborating with the sales team to optimize revenue and client acquisition strategies.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date with our services and offerings, able to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Market Research:
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions, providing feedback and insights to the team to refine services and strategies.
    • Actively participate in team meetings, identifying key areas of improvement in existing sales strategies.
    • Create sales plans and recommend cost-effective sales practices.
    • Generate useful insights about customer needs, facilitating interactive discussions and mentoring the team.
    • Serve as the primary sales resource, helping address issues and providing direction for executing policies and strategies.
    • Maintain knowledge of business operations and product offerings, employing ethical standards.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
    • 3+ years of sales and account management experience, with outbound sales required.
    • 2+ years of event ticket sales preferred.
    • Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to direct, strategize, unify, and empower business leaders.
    • Prior entrepreneur experience preferred.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office.

Compensation: Salary + Competitive Commission Structure, Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
