Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Administrator to join our team at Brigade Energy Services LLC. As an Operations Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, while prioritizing safety and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the District Manager, Human Resources, and Operations leaders in day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Manage and reconcile T&E and PCard transactions in a timely manner
  • Verify data accuracy in the system, including rig hours, non-billable time, and payroll
  • Process expense reports, confirm their completeness, and ensure timely submission
  • Maintain daily rig activity reports and status updates
  • Input field tickets and time and attendance for all employees
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • File employee and company documents in an organized and timely manner
  • Support new hire onboarding and driver qualification files
  • Enter data for monthly mileage and hours reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to employee inquiries
Requirements
  • 3+ years of administrative experience working with leadership
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, ADP, Cleargistix, and Oracle iSupplier or similar systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
