Position Overview

As an integral member of Brigade Energy Services, the Operations Support Administrator (OSA) plays a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency within the Oil & Gas sector. Key Responsibilities:

The OSA collaborates with various departments to ensure that all daily operational tasks are executed in alignment with our established policies and procedures, prioritizing the safety of our workforce and the quality of service delivered to our clients.   • Assist District Manager, Human Resources, and Operations leaders with daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure timely management and reconciliation of T&E and PCard.
  • Verify accurate data entry into systems, including rig hours, non-billable time, and payroll (ADP/Spreadsheet).
  • Certify that expense reports are complete, reconciled, and processed promptly.
  • Maintain daily rig activity reports and status updates.
  • Input field tickets and time and attendance records for all personnel.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Organize employee and company documentation systematically.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining driver qualification files.
  • Enter data for monthly mileage and hours reports.
  • Address employee inquiries in a constructive and supportive manner.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven administrative experience supporting leadership.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (especially Excel), ADP, Cleargistix, Oracle iSupplier, or similar ERP systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a team environment.
  • Willingness to continuously enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Capable of working outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions.
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States, possess a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and pass a drug screening and background check.
