About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team at AMF Bakery Systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and execute sales strategies, establish new customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Midwest region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with expertise in baking or food processing equipment. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, as well as excellent communication abilities, are essential for this role.

Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Midwest region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products and solutions to customers.
  • Manage customer accounts, including field activities, reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in baking or food processing equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of processing and baking of specialty products.
  • Experience with AutoCAD software and ability to interpret layout drawings.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
