  • Compensation: $12 - $15/hr plus bonus potential
  • Work schedule: Weekdays with one weekend day required
  • Full clinic hours: M-F 10a-2p, 2:45-7p; Sat 10a-6p; Sun 12-6p
  • Medical and dental benefits available

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Experience with point of sale systems and maintaining accurate patient accounts.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Engagement in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Educate patients about wellness services and offerings.
  • Share personal experiences related to Chiropractic care.
  • Collaborate effectively in a dynamic and enjoyable work environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication with patients and members.
  • Efficiently manage patient flow within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to members and patients.
  • Focus on acquiring memberships to achieve sales targets.
  • Welcome members and patients upon arrival and facilitate check-ins.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries.
  • Reconnect with inactive members.
  • Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Support team objectives and foster positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
  • Confidently present and sell membership and visit packages.
  • Keep management informed of member concerns and adhere to company policies.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Accept constructive feedback positively and utilize it for personal development.
  • Experience in office management or marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
