Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations for plumbing and repair services.
  • Coordinate daily routes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Track job status and technician progress throughout the day to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Respond to emergency service requests and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of service calls, customer interactions, and job statuses to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve scheduling conflicts or other operational challenges that may arise.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our field services.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a service dispatcher or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and scheduling software to manage daily operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
