Account Manager Texas/Louisiana Region Lead

AutoAlert is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Texas/Louisiana region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealership partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, including Dealer Principals, General Managers, and other key stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Training and Accounting, to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer support activities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through organic referrals and other means
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of high-level automotive experience
- Strong computer software literacy
- Knowledge of market and competition
- Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
- Ability to grow business in a strategic manner, including communication generation
- Demonstrated ability to engage customers across platforms, maintaining a high standard of confidentiality, organization, and documentation
