Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the CRM is constantly updated for global accessibility to all appropriate FST staff members
  • Validate that the data/metrics are accurate
  • Track projected volume vs. actual sales
  • Develop a pipeline of new business through strategic planning, market intelligence, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients
  • Accountable to achieve new sales and retention quotas
  • Comply with all defined business processes and utilize all technology platforms, as defined by FST

Requirements

  • Advanced MS Office skills, ability to create and maintain reports and presentations
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation, and consultation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across a variety of departments, including IT, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations
