Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the CRM is constantly updated for global accessibility to all appropriate FST staff members
- Validate that the data/metrics are accurate
- Track projected volume vs. actual sales
- Develop a pipeline of new business through strategic planning, market intelligence, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients
- Accountable to achieve new sales and retention quotas
- Comply with all defined business processes and utilize all technology platforms, as defined by FST
Requirements
- Advanced MS Office skills, ability to create and maintain reports and presentations
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and consultation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across a variety of departments, including IT, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations
