Job Summary

As an Administrative Support Specialist with the GeorgiaGov team, you will provide critical support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support to upper-level managers, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as processing transactions, reviewing applications, and scheduling facilities maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of general office or administrative experience.
  • Basic knowledge of the Department of Community Supervision.
