Position Overview:
The Microsoft 365 Training Specialist at Compass Solutions will spearhead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technical training initiative aimed at enhancing the proficiency of employees in Microsoft 365 applications and tools utilized within the organization. This role necessitates a deep understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, encompassing Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other associated products. The Training Specialist will be tasked with identifying training requirements, developing educational content, producing training resources, facilitating training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of the training programs.

Essential Qualifications:
- MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) Certification
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant professional experience
- CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) Certification
- A degree in information technology or a related discipline
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft Edge, iOS, Android, and SharePoint 365
- Demonstrated capability to plan, coordinate, and lead training initiatives
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical training programs centered on Microsoft 365 applications
- Design educational content and create training materials tailored to the needs of the organization
- Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for both individuals and groups
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvements
- Mentor fellow instructors on Microsoft 365 subject matter and instructional delivery techniques
- Stay informed about the Microsoft 365 roadmap and updates
- Provide user support for Microsoft 365 applications as necessary

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and tools
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
