Job Summary

The Production Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs for our operations and manufacturing facilities, as well as leading various other training and development initiatives.

This role will partner with operations leadership to assess training needs and requirements, and develop strategic action plans under the direction of the Learning & Development Manager - Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for operations and manufacturing staff
  • Partner with operations leadership to assess training needs and requirements
  • Develop strategic action plans to address training gaps
  • Facilitate training classes in person and virtually
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training initiatives
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of training related experience required
  • Training experience within an operations / manufacturing environment is preferred
  • DDI certification a plus
  • Knowledge of employee training and development methodologies and instructional design
  • Ability to successfully lead training initiatives
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of learning management software
