Job Summary

The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Account Executives in the coordination of marketing and promotions efforts. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales, Production, and Promotions departments to ensure seamless coordination of marketing efforts.
  • Enter, review, and revise orders, and provide instructions to the Traffic department.
  • Confirm payment and send invoices to the Business Manager.
  • Manage weekly inventory reports for management and pull reports for the Sales team.
  • Request inventory updates for Makegood Offers and research rating point equivalents.
  • Offer Makegoods and follow through with the Account Executive for approval.
  • Confirm and process orders and Makegoods in Wide Orbit, EPort, and AE Inbox.
  • Request copy points, logos, and images from clients for production.
  • Enter missing copy through VCreative and create PowerPoint event recaps for clients.
  • Deliver event recaps in a timely manner and reconcile invoices at the end of the month for advertisers requiring notarized paperwork.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum experience in sales or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Computer skills, including Windows, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish (read and write).

  • Must be willing to work from the office in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Employment and education will be verified.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
