Job Description

The Enterprise Account Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless logistics operations for assigned accounts. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage account loads, ensuring prompt build and activation, proper load coverage, and proactive communication with customers throughout transit.
  • Monitor and manage account building, scheduling, and tracking responsibilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and execute customer service expectations for assigned accounts, driving growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Operations Leads to identify opportunities for modal and regional diversification with customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred, but not required.
  • 1 year of transportation or logistics experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a competitive nature and sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Working Environment:

This is a full-time benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. An employee in this position must be available to work occasionally on weekends and evenings during peak periods.

Local travel is required, with limited out-of-state travel for special training or conferences.
