Customer Care Representative for Automotive Sales

- Engage with clients to discern their specific needs and facilitate presentations for new and pre-owned vehicle sales
- Collaborate closely with the BDC Manager and fellow BDC sales associates to ensure all sales leads are documented and tracked in the CRM system
- Conduct phone outreach as directed by the BDC Manager
- Contribute as a member of the BDC team, including cross-training for internet inquiries and both incoming and outgoing sales calls
- Stay updated on new offerings, features, and accessories, along with their advantages for customers
- Participate in product and sales training sessions as requested
- Attend regular sales meetings
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various business documents and regulations
- Strong writing capabilities for reports, correspondence, and procedural manuals
- Effective presentation skills to communicate with groups of clients and stakeholders
- Mathematical proficiency for calculating discounts, commissions, and other financial figures
- Ability to follow detailed instructions in various formats
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
