Job Title: Internet Sales Specialist/BDC Rep

Overview

Motorhub, part of the Respect Auto Group, is seeking a qualified Business Development Center Representative/Internet Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound sales leads and direct them to the appropriate contact
  • Maintain and improve customer loyalty through regular communication
  • Develop a pipeline of sales and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Collaborate with the sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
  • Stay up-to-date on consumer and industry trends
  • Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees

Qualifications:

  • Auto dealership Internet Sales or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus
  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the Internet
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
