Role Overview:

Warehouse associates are crucial to our operational success. They engage actively, safely, and independently to ensure the smooth movement of products through our distribution system while upholding quality standards. As a Warehouse Associate, you will assist in the shipping and/or receiving operations within our facility.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing shipping and/or receiving tasks promptly while managing inventory and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse environment. Adherence to safety regulations and quality standards is essential to ensure the efficient flow of products through the distribution process. This role requires teamwork within the department and organization, performing any assigned duties to best support the company.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Executing general warehouse tasks as assigned, which may encompass forklift operations, inventory management, order selection, sanitation, pallet handling, and loading/unloading.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse area, including the loading dock and trailers, ensuring safety protocols are followed and reporting any hazardous conditions immediately.
  • Conducting daily safety inspections of assigned equipment in accordance with company policies.
  • Performing quality control checks on incoming items and notifying supervisors regarding any discrepancies as per company guidelines.
  • Managing battery operations for equipment, ensuring charged batteries are utilized and completing necessary vehicle inspection checklists.
  • Reviewing daily schedules and production documentation to prepare for operational tasks.
  • Wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
  • Meeting productivity and accuracy benchmarks as outlined by company standards.
  • Securing all equipment and completing required documentation.
  • Carrying out additional related duties as assigned.
