Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Handler to join our team at FedEx. As a Warehouse Handler, you will be responsible for the movement of packages, documents, and supply support in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Load and unload packages, documents, and supply support using effective scan/load methods.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level.
  • Able to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
  • Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
  • Able to bend and squat for designated work hours.
  • Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level.
  • Able to work in all weather conditions if required at work location.
  • Able to climb stairs and ladders if required at work location.
  • Able to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training.
Working Conditions

This is a non-driving position (public roadways). The ability to communicate both timely and effectively, in a noisy operations environment, is required.

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.

An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
