Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing clinic operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our chiropractic practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Manage clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients.
- Participate in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients and grow the practice.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale software.
- Availability to work Saturdays and evenings, with a competitive hourly rate and bonus structure.
