Regional Sales Development Representative

We are Newbern Excel, a firm seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our sales team as a Territory Sales Representative. This role presents an opportunity for growth within our sales department while assisting in managing a team of sales representatives. While no prior experience is necessary, we encourage those eager to start their career in sales management to apply.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, sales support, and brand awareness to the community on behalf of our clients, products, and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Train and guide new sales representatives as they onboard.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate daily reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Communicate product knowledge and sales techniques to team members.
- Participate in sales education, meetings, contributing insights and ideas for growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in sales management.
- Leadership potential and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Opportunities for career advancement, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.
