Job Overview

We are Newbern Excel, a firm seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our sales team as a Territory Sales Representative. This role presents an opportunity for growth within our sales department while assisting in managing a team of sales representatives. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, sales support, and brand awareness to the community on behalf of our clients, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Train and guide new sales representatives as they onboard.
  • Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate daily reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Communicate product knowledge and sales techniques to team members.
  • Participate in sales education, meetings, contributing insights and ideas for growth.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in sales management.
  • Leadership potential and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
Compensation Package

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Opportunities for career advancement, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.
