Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Prioritizing leads and qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for closure
  • Achieving daily appointment quotas
  • Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Teamwork with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
