Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Prioritizing leads and qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for closure
- Achieving daily appointment quotas
- Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Teamwork with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
