Sales Development Representative

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team and contribute to business growth. As a sales development representative, you'll be responsible for expanding our clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people.
Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000.
Key Responsibilities- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved.
- Expand the clientele by identifying new business opportunities within specific geographies.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers.
- Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team has access to current information on all leads.
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication.
- TWO YEARS OF PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
- A working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is essential.
- a high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- a valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car are necessary.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills are required.
