Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to lead our compensation programs and processes. This role will oversee employee record and position management functions, supporting HR and fiscal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the integration of people and processes that deliver compensation programs to employees, including the recording of employee information and actions.
  • Guide reporting managers and individual contributors on implementation and support actions and activities of staff.
  • Lead communication of actions and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Integrate Human Resource (HR) projects and processes with organizations supporting compensation.
  • Develop and implement compensation strategy, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals and ensure legal compliance.
  • Train HR staff and managers on compensation processes and best practices.
  • Participate in strategic planning activities for HR as it impacts the delivery of people management practices.
  • Present recommendations and analyses to senior leadership.
  • Supervise, select, train, monitor, coach, and evaluate the work of team members.
  • Maintain and process employment-related documents such as time sheets and leave forms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training that equates to the required degree.
  • Seven years of progressive experience in compensation.
  • Three years of leading compensation teams and programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid Texas driver's license and insurability through the organization's insurers.
  • CCP, PHR, SPHR certification.
