Job Description:
The Account Executive (AE) will identify, qualify and call upon customer prospects within the defined territory, establishing and closing commercial sales with prospects. The Account Executive is responsible for properly and effectively marketing and representing Arrow products and services to achieve target goals and meet defined revenue expectations.

  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment in establishing relationships with customers at properties within assigned territory, identifying the product(s) that will best satisfy the customers' needs and generates - closes sales accordingly.
  • Develops a sales program that increases revenues and maintains margins that meet the defined short- and long-term goals of Arrow International, Inc.

Our selected candidate has the opportunity to earn a competitive pay arrangement consisting of a base salary and incentive compensation, where a substantial portion of compensation is incentive - sales performance based, as well as normal business travel reimbursement.
