**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of tax experience
* Experience completing individual tax returns
* Tax planning and audit support
* Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually
* Comfort working with virtual tools
* Successful completion of the H\u0026R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
